Semi Automatic High Speed Packaging Machine

A packaging machine mainly for packing diapers & baby pants products with high-speed & semi-automatic main features. When products being detected by the Packaging Machine, it will undergo procedures such as: automatic compression, stacked-products/pieces pushing, bag suction and the final stage of bottom gusset folding, heat-sealing and waste clearance procedures.

Mechanical Features：

1. Innovative gusset-folding technology with exclusive patent right.

With the accuracy to ensure the shaping up of smooth and delicate gusset, the servo controlled angular device is adaptable to various baby diapers packaging specifications.

2. Extensive applicability, with fine and firm sealing.

The semi-automatic packaging machine is applicable to pack over 95% of the mainstream products in this line, including diapers, elastic diaper pants, pet cushions, mattresses and various bags and pouches, etc., with the sealing fine and firm.

3. Human Machine Interface (HMI) system

The control panel of the Stacking Machine will visually display data and different parameters settings of different product specifications which can be preserved and saved in the machine and retrieved conveniently when needed.

4. One-press shunt function

When the machine is in the process of changing task or in a state of malfunction, the products will be diverted through manual sealing line with the one-press shunt system to ensure the continuous work of the main machine.
