Full Auto High Speed Sanitary Napkin Packaging Machine(Vertical Stacking)

A packing machine incorporated with the full-servo system that is able to pack sanitary napkins under high speed outputted from the main machine in a vertically stacked and arranged manner. It has the ability to reach its top design push speed of 100 pushes/min. The functions and procedures will include product catching, compression, bag opening, and product filling followed by clearing the cut-off trim after being done with final precise sealing with bottom gusset formation.

5. Multi-servo drive and high mechanical stability.

The adoption of Mitsubishi or AB motion-controlled PLC and Bus Servo System ensures the stability and efficiency of production, with the qualified rate reaching as high as 99%.

6. Human-machine interaction system.

Various product parameters can be preserved and saved in the machine, and retrieved easily when needed.
